Trip in Pahang

Here's another past post.
The trip was from 10-12 May 2009 and actually was to send my brother for registration at Pahang Matriculation, Gambang (his registration was on 11 May 2009).

So we started our journey on Sunday morning (10/5/2009) by sending my sister to Open University Malaysia (OUM) in Ipoh.
Then only we proceed to Pahang via Batang Kali-Genting Highland-Karak highway-East Coast highway.

Departed from Ipoh at about 8:00 a.m. and reached Kuantan, Pahang around 2:00 p.m.
Searched for hotel to stay one night and the next morning (11/5/2009) send my brother to Pahang Matriculation.

After sending my brother, my mom and I got back into Kuantan and then we went along the road by the sea and just stopped at anywhere we like...hehe...
Actually kinda boring and did not know where to go because there were only the two of us.
So we travelled from Kuantan, Pahang till Kemasik, Terengganu...haha...

After that we went back to Pahang and stayed at a chalet at Balok Beach (we regretted it because that chalet's services not very good and maybe would be better if we went to Cherating Beach or Teluk Chempedak Beach but never mind, next time will travel to the East Coast again...hehe...)

We stopped by at a few places all the way from Kuantan-Kemasik-Kuantan.

(We were curious by the name, so we went into this place to have a look...haha...and not a very special place I guess. But we noticed something, a lot of people came into this place have meal. My mom and I were wondering why?? Actually we wanted to find out and try but too many people so we went out after taking the picture of the well which we were so curious...hehe...)



Balok Beach at Pahang

On 12/5/2009 at around 7:30 a.m. we checked out from the chalet and went for a breakfast before drove back home to Ayer Tawar.
Some interesting part here, my mom and I decided not to use the highway, so we used only the trunk road of Pahang (Kuantan-Gambang-Maran-Temerloh-Mentakab-Bentong).
Not too bad and actually get to know some of the places situated at which location by using this road.

Then we planned to use the other route and did not use the Genting Highlands route.
From Bentong we went towards Raub and diverted into the road up to Fraser's Hill.
Oh my god...such a long journey going up the hill which took us almost 2 hours I guess because it's about 66km all the way up.
In between we did stopped our car and took some photos at the hill.






Going down was easier and nearer (about 26km if not mistaken) and we were out through Kuala Kubu Baru.
Reached home at about 4:00 p.m. and yeah next time no more using the Fraser's Hill route...hahaha...

KEJORA

Hm...I think it's time for me to update my past posts which I missed out...hehe...
So start off with this KEJORA...
It's an event organized by the Students Representative Council in my uni.

First of all, KEJORA stands for Kejohanan Olahraga and it was held from 7-8 March 2009.
There were only a few events being held because it was only a 2 days event and it's a competition between our hostel (which were named the Kolej Aminuddin Baki, Kolej Zaba, Kolej Harun Aminurrashid, Kolej Ungku Omar and Unit Kediaman Luar Kampus).

Those events were the long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot putt, javelin throw, discus throw, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 4x100m and 4x400m.
We, the secretariat were to help out in handling all the events (as referee, time keeper, line judges, judges, runner and the list goes on...)

Well, the champion of the overall event was won by Kolej Ungku Omar.
Then, the best marching group was won by Kolej Aminuddin Baki.

Oh yea, will be included in here the photos of the preparation before the event as well as during and after the event.

Back To The Past

Hmm.....a weird title here right....
Hehe...well, since I'm wondering around and wasting my time (sometimes) so I think it's better for me to update my blog rather than doing nothing.

So actually this post is just to inform the readers that I'll post up a few posts after this which were all of past events.
Let me name a few which I missed out and didn't blog about it here...KEJORA, journey in Pahang and also Cameron Highlands.
I guess those were the posts I missed out.
Will think later if there is still any I missed out...haha...

Don't know when I will update all this past events...hehe...
Kinda lazy now I guess and a bit tired actually after went swimming just now morning.

And yeah...my ROS report not done yet (huhu...when I can focus 100% and finish it...)
Some more there are some assignments to be done for this coming camp at Memorial Tunku Abdul Rahman and Heritage Station Hotel in KL (20 & 21 June 2009).

Come on baby...be focus and get all the stuff done...!!!

What the heck I'm crapping with this sentence...

Okay, back to my post...
Actually it's about this neuroreflexology stuff, happened for the second time this year.
The first was during the Chinese New Year and this second one hit me on Monday (1/6/2009).

Well, I felt some stiffness on my neck and not so comfortable that day.
Then my mom helped me to have this neuroreflexology session and this time is even worsen than the first one in February.

So damn painful man during the session...!!!
Then the next day turn out a bit blue black I guess and I can felt the pain of it...huhu...
Lucky that my mom helped me to relieve the pain, if not, surely I'll fall sick liao...thank you mom!

Thank You Mom & Dad

My parents bought me 2 cakes this year...hehe...
The reason is that I have double month of celebration in the chinese lunar calendar...

This year kinda lazy to have a birthday party, some more economy bad mah...
So just celebrated it with family and have some seafood dinner at home.

Not much to blog in this post but just want to thank my parents for the nice cakes bought for me and also a nice dinner at home.

I eat till overload...hahaha... Because of the big fish (forgot to take the photo), I eat almost half of it. Then also having soft-shelled crab...nice one...!!!

Surprise Celebration...!!!

Huhu...I was so touched by my MES friends (my schoolmates of batch 2004).
Yesterday (26/5/2009), they gave me a very big surprise.

They celebrated my birthday in advance and I was cheated by them actually.
This is because they told me it was a gathering for Lim Ling Zhou as he will be departing to UK maybe on this Thursday (28/5/2009), so I said okay and will be attending.

Well, Alan is the most innocent look person among all of us.
So he was the one who rang me up yesterday, informing me of the gathering at McD...

What can I say...you guys have done it so successfully lor without I knowing about it...

3 Birthdays...???

Hehehe...this year (2009) I have 3 times of birthday celebration.
How can this be...???

Haha...this include the chinese lunar birthday.
Well, in the chinese lunar calendar, my birthday fall on the 4th day of the 5th month.
For this year in the chinese lunar calendar, there is a repeating of the 5th month.

So I have my normal day of birthday on 30 May 2009.
Then for the chinese lunar calendar will be on 27 May 2009 and also 26 June 2009...

Of course not celebrating for all the 3 lar...hehehe...
Huh...will be getting older for another year...

ROS

Having ROS for 2 weeks in MESAT.....
Well, what is ROS actually???

ROS stands for 'Rancangan Orientasi Sekolah' which means we are required to attend the school for 2 weeks.
Do some observation of the process of teaching and learning in school and also getting all the information needed regarding the school.

We need to get the school's name, location, school's plan, school's grade, quantity of the teachers, staffs and students, school organization, and.......the list goes on.....
So, at the moment almost all the information needed is obtained. I think about 70% of it...

Actually we are suppose to observe at least one session of teaching and learning of our major subject but since the school is having mid year exam so I can't do any observation for this part.
Also for the teaching session, I can't have it done as well because we are required to teach at least one session of our subject.

Today is my 4th day in MESAT and other than collecting the information needed, was also being directed to attend relieve class (watching the students sitting for examination).

Another 2 years to graduate, then maybe will be an educator in school.
Sometimes, I'm wondering how it will be...??? :-)

Another Silence!!!

Oh no...!!! Another silence this time around...huhu...
Did not update anything on my blog... :-(
Am I being so busy until got no time to update even a few sentence of words in here...???

So many things I have left out and did not update them in my blog.
I guess maybe after next week then I'll be updating all the missed out posts.

Now I am busy with school stuff for 2 weeks...
And yea, I'm in MESAT for this 2 weeks and met up with all the teachers as well...

What Happened...???

Oh gosh...what happened to my study table???
When I got back at home that day (29 April 2009), my whole study table was in a big mess...
Well, because the position of the bed is changed for the reason of having a better air flow I guess...hehe...

Oh yea, before talking about my table...
Wanna add in another stuff...my cupboard for clothes...
When I opened the door, it slide out...hahaha...
Because the wheel is out of the rail and there is some crack.
Then I repaired it...hehe...and it's back to normal... :-)

After repairing, I was having a headache at first.
Because there were a lot of things I need to tidy up and it was really in a very very messy condition...huhu...
All the books, CDs, files, etc...


It took a few hours for me to settle everything (evening about 5:00pm till night around 11:30pm)...then only I took my shower late at midnight...hehe...

Hooray...after all the hard work, it's all in a tidy condition... :-)
