Malaysia Festival a.k.a. MFest is the biggest student held Malaysian cultural event in Sydney with various cultural performances and food stalls around.
The festival this year presented Jaclyn Victor, the first Malaysian Idol.
Few of the stunning performances by Zlwin Chew, the magician and also Magician Neo with the face-changing magic.
Cultural performances such as traditional Malay dances performed by the MAANari group, performing Garong, Wau Bulan and Mengiluk.
Also Malay martial art performance by the GRASIO team with silat olahraga, Mr Amirul and Mr Syafiq performed the silat pulut, and short demonstrations of the three weddings (Malay, Chinese and Indian) too.
There were performances of Chinese dance, Bollywood dance, wushu performance (Chinese martial art), dikir barat, batik show, and instrumental music performance by the IMG group.
I was on duty as one of the volunteers during the festival, not able to capture photos of the whole event.
