Trip in Cameron Highlands

Ahaks...here is another left out post...hehe...
While I'm reading my book for this weekend camp in KL, so I update my blog because feel like kinda boring when the laptop is on (wasting electricity) and I do nothing on it...haha...

Went up to
Cameron Highlands on 24 May 2009 after sending my sister to Open University Malaysia in Ipoh (went through Ipoh out to Simpang Pulai and up, up to Cameron Highlands...).
Just a few hours journey actually while waiting for my sister to finish her class (8:00a.m. to 2:45p.m.) so my mom said why not we travel up there rather than doing nothing in Ipoh...hehe...

Invited Chew Ching and Beh Meh to join in since they were free and we have not been out together for some time.
Departed from Ipoh at about 8:00a.m. and we spent our time at Cameron Highlands till 2:45p.m. I guess and was rushing back down to Ipoh because my sister finished her class already and was waiting for us...haha...

Don't want to write too much here, so will just upload the photos taken with some description of the places we stopped by...

Morning sunrise on the way to Ipoh (somewhere around Seri Iskandar)

A small vegetable farm
(This one not good, have to pay RM1 per person and nothing much to see there... Next time no more entering this farm...haha...)

Love Fruit Tree

Ee Feng Gu Honey Bee Farm

Cactus Point

Know what my dirty mind think of this??? Hahaha...

Buying strawberries from the stall
(This is the best stall I guess. A lot of people buying from them. Big strawberries only cost RM15 per kg {3 boxes} and smaller one cost RM10 per kg {3 boxes} if I'm not mistaken. Rather than self-pluck which is more expensive and won't get this much.)

Last stop at a self-plucking vegetable farm
(This is the best of all. There were lots of vegetables and other plants in this farm and the 'taukeh soh' also very friendly and gave us a lot of information. She told us about some of the plants that have a very nice smell and some of them
got the smell of CK perfume, hacks, sarsi and much much more. A very nice and cool trip at this farm...hehe...)

Pulling out white radish...

Beet root (which we thought as yam at first, before pulling it out from the ground)

The 'taukeh soh' called this "high heels"...

The Lavender plant...

Now these, the 'taukeh soh' called them "duck and swan"...

Heaven Bird...
